Ole Foods Iberia is a Spanish-based wholesale export company specializing in supporting distributors and importers around the world, suppling them directly with authentic Spanish food products, toiletries and household goods while providing a personalised service throughout the entire process to reach each market.

We are based in Madrid (HQ office, warehouse and main airport), but we also have an operational team in Valencia (warehouse and main port) and Barcelona (warehouse and main port).

Most of our suppliers are Certified IFS, BRC, Kosher, Halal; and are also accredited by the FDA for the export of products to the United States.

Sourcing New Products

We store your goods in secure and specialised warehouses in Valencia and/or Barcelona, where our OFI team then inspects your goods and prepares to ship and load them onto each container.
Warehousing + Loading Containers

We coordinate and liaise with local transportation to main ports and warehouses at competitive rates and efficient routes. LCL/FCL/FCX. We offer services with various international shipping providers and with an up-to-date information on logistics at every stage.
National and International Transport

If you already import from Spain we can support the relationship you maintain with your manufacturers. We also provide consolidation containers, coordinating multiple orders and loading mixed containers with a variety of different products.
Consolidation Services

We have a dedicated team that analyses each and every transaction to comply with laws countries of origin and destination for all goods selected.
Customs declarations

Certain markets require very specific fumigation treatments which we can coordinate in origin, along with health certificates and other necessary requirements. We also support any permits needed for importing product to the customer's market.
